<p><span lang="EN-US">The power quality issues are raised due to sag/swell, which affects the overall performance of grid-connected system. This study introduces hybrid control mechanism based on a dynamic voltage restorer (DVR) mitigate sag and swell in solar PV-based IEEE 33 bus The controller improves boosts efficiency DVR proposed work is also used address distribution system's with minimal energy drawn out from utility grid effectively use energy. introduced at side compensated load by injecting voltage. proportional-integral (PI) followed fuzzy logic (FLC) create for DVR. In this work, PV system connected 29<sup>th </sup>location realization. mechanism-based provides 1.06% 1.05% total harmonic distortion (THD) conditions meets 519 standards terms THD calculation. design compares existing shows better reduction voltages.</span></p>
